Micro-Deval testing machine

Micro-deval abrasion testing machine is used to test the abrasion resistance of stones, aggregate, thus to evaluate the quality of aggregates.This machine is composed of drum, sealing cover, bracket, gearbox, motor, controller, it's kind of common aggregate test equipment.The machine consists of a steel frame suitable to house four 200 mm dia.x 154 mm length cylinders (EN 1097-1) .

1.The steel ball passes through two parallel bars of spaced 9.5mm, Or 10pcs used balls as a group, and balance the mass,the mass must more than 34g. 2.Quickly check the ball diameter.Power is about 1KW. Cylinder speed 100±5 tr/min. After testing,automatic interruption of engine operation. 3.It applies European/French standards.

 

Main structure
